The first image I had of Yuan Ze University was from its website, where a few nice photos of the campus were displaying. From that time I had no idea that Yuan Ze University was ranked among “the Top and Best Private Universities” in Taiwan. I used to visit everyday a big number of Taiwan universities’ websites to know more about their college of Management, since I was interested in International Business studies.

Later on, I discovered that Yuan Ze is among the top 12 universities out of 150 throughout Taiwan, Public and Private put together. Fortunately, I got accepted to the department of International Business and I moved to the University dorm few weeks later. Yuan Ze University dorm and campus are quiet, peaceful and spacious, which provide a good environment for studies. My integration to the new family occurred without any major cultural shock, and I still wonder “how did it happen?”

The answer was probably to be found in the help and support I received from my professors, classmates, and from every department and administrative office of the University. Yuan Ze University basketball team, which I took part in, is more than a family I have to say.

  I found the International Business program as fulfilling all standards of a Master degree and even fitting my unspoken expectations. I acquired from Yuan Ze University all the theoretical and practical training I needed to broaden my horizons. 

Two years have passed… I successfully completed my Master and now I am ready for new challenges without any major apprehensions. My two main goals after graduation were both reached; first, I want to do further studies, and the second is working in Asia, and were two of my biggest dreams: I got accepted by the Department of Management in PhD program and got accepted in a prestigious company, Far Eastern International Bank, in Taipei as well.

Since Yuan Ze is among the top 12 universities out of 150 throughout Taiwan, I am very proud to always feel that I am a part of Yuan Ze University, and belonging to its broad alumni network is more than an honor. I really enjoy my student life at Yuan Ze University.
