兩岸大學師生交流

北京、上海

領袖會自2002年舉辦兩岸大學生研習營至今，已數次回訪，今年前往北京及上海，與來自大陸重點高校的優秀菁英，透過主題座談，以及參訪活動，讓兩岸青年更瞭解彼此的想法與觀點，經由長時間的生活接觸，促進兩岸青年對彼此的文化有更進一步的認識，進而消除刻板印象，消弭對立與衝突，建立良好的情誼，一起為亞洲共容、世界和平而努力。55人

3Q青少年領袖成長營自開辦以來深獲全省高中學校肯定，自2005年起擴展為三區辦理，2006年更擴大為五區辦理，持續致力於青少年人格特質養成與生命教育，由專業講師帶領青年學子自知識、教育、生活中培養國際觀，引導高中學生從多樣化的方向思考未來及自我定位。600人

藉由多元化的活動形式，促進國內外學生交流與互動，並藉由輕鬆活潑的文化交流以及深入探討的議題發表，加深與會青年彼此的認識，並對於全球之戰爭與種族衝突、能源問題、 傳染性疾病防治、生態與環保等四大議題之現況及展望有更全盤的瞭解，期能進一步思索如何創造和平契機，增進人類福祉。120人

舞動全球～大師論壇暨愛與和平校園演唱會

下午邀請熟悉兩岸、政治、經濟等領域之專家為全場青年學子演說，展望兩岸及世界和平契機。晚上邀請與會者身著象徵和平之白色上衣，透過形象清新之知名歌手演唱，號召三千位青年共同為世界和平努力。3,000人

            財團法人世界領袖教育基金會以培育政治、企業、宗教領袖人才，繪製「世界和平，地球一家」美麗藍圖為宗旨而成立的「世界領袖教育基金會」（簡稱領袖會），自2000年創立以來，今年已進入第六年。這幾年來，我們深入全國各地籌辦政經議題專題講座，策劃青少年領袖教育培訓列車，規劃兩岸青年論壇，促成兩岸青年互訪等系列活動，主題明確態度積極，受到全國政商界人士肯定，並寄予高度期許。台灣當前的政經情勢，由於歷經兩次總統大選政治語言的撕裂，以及政黨輪替後，國家社會面臨重大轉型，因而出現憲政、司法體制、國防、經濟、金融、內政、教育等諸多問題，極需一個大智慧、大有為的政府，帶領國家走出困局。然而衡諸當前的政治文化與惡劣的政治體質，似乎距離此一理想又相當遙遠。面對國家的困境，「領袖會」基於憂國憂民的心念，期望能結合社會精英人士，為當前的國家困局提供國是建言，因而在2003年11月成立了「台灣政經學院」，直接訴求解決國家政經困境，民眾安居樂業的政策方針。

壹、活動介紹一、活動目的為推動世界和平、鼓吹保護地球理念，並拓展大學青年之國際視野與國際交流之機會。本會於2006年首次舉辦「第一屆全球大學青年領袖高峰會」透過一百二十名國內青年的交流，共同研討國際上四大項重大議題，成功帶動許多有志青年共同關注人類未來發展，及宣揚五洲共和、全球一家的地球和平觀，獲致成果不凡，今年度將再次舉辦「第二屆全球大學青年領袖高峰會」，透過60位本國籍與60名外國籍大學青年之交流，共同研討國際重大議題，引發青年共同關注人類文明進程與發展之熱潮。
